16h44 – A Brooklyn Complex required Armed Response assistance for a tenant blocking the entrance and refusing to move
- Security of a Brooklyn complex sent a WhatsApp message requesting Armed Response assistance, no reason given
- Contacted law enforcement
- Informed law enforcement about the situation reference 1002926039
- The security was contacted who said a tenant of one of the Units parked his car in front of the entrance where no cars can enter or exit and he does not want to remove his vehicle
- Reason for this the manager of the complex blocked the tenants access control due to him letting to many people enter the premises
- Armed response and supervisor went to speak to the tenant of that Unit but he still refuses to move his vehicle
- Armed response and supervisor left the premises
- Feedback from onsite security - The tenant used his access control to open the residents gate driving in with that car parked by the resident’s parking then the second car was parked inside by visitors parking
- No SAPS arrived on scene or law enforcement
16h29 – MASSIVE EXPLOSION
- Fire and all departments are on site
- Armed response sent footage of a massive explosion happening on a Knightowl client property
- 16h39 - Montague drive will be closed down direction Koeberg road
- Entire Montague drive likely to be closed off as well as side roads.
- 16h43 - Message from the manager thank you for reporting
- Team has reported and evacuated the team as well, fire Marshall on site
- 17h22 - Message from Knightowl supervisor - Due to the fire and chemical hazard - we cannot at this stage post the guard
- Guard will be on standby and once it has been deemed safe and clear - we will post the guard
- We will monitor situation as best possible and revert if any issues
- 19h33 - Message from manager Hi All, the fire marshal has cleared the area
- All in order resuming patrols
Wednesday 14 January 2026
09h24 A Kings road business reported a Female got assaulted
- A business owner in King’s road sent a WhatsApp message requesting SAPS as he had a lady at the premises that got assaulted by a male suspect. Whom also threaten the lady by telling her that he is going to stab her.
- Call logged to Law Enforcement ref 1002928702.
- Logged call with SAPS 10111 spoke to Sergeant on duty ref 2512709.
- Informed and dispatched Armed Response
- On arrival Armed Response informed all quiet on site they were informed SAPS call have been logged.
- Victim don't have many bruises and declined medical assistance
Saturday 17 January 2026
13h58 – Controllers noted TRESPASSING on premises of 2 Brooklyn clubs
- Spotted on CCTV Cameras back right, and back entrance at the club a male suspect was walking towards the wall of the adjoining club and climb over the wall into The Club side
- Armed response dispatched to check both premises and did not found this person, photo's has been posted on both the club's WhatsApp’s.
- Control room operators to keep an eye out for the suspect
