06H43 – While on patrol Armed Response noted a fire in an already burned out house in Justin Street
- Armed Response called in to report a fire in a Justin street property inside the house
- Armed Response requested fire and rescue
- Called fire and rescue for response
- Armed Response resumed patrols
Tuesday 29 July 2025
00H15 – A Complex in Koeberg Road: Flying squad in front of premises
- A Flying squad Sargent contacted the control room using a number noted on premises.
- And Informed us that they had tracked a vehicle that was involved in a crime to that address.
- Armed Response dispatched to assist.
- Caretaker of premises called and informed
- On Arrival Armed Response reported contact made with the Sargent in charge and confirmed suspect vehicle inside premises suspect is a resident
- Caretaker confirmed that owner of vehicle stays at the premises
- Caretaker opened the site for the Flying Squad to enter premises to search and investigate.
- 00h50 Armed Response reported two suspects arrested – SAPS proceeding to search the premises. Caretaker onsite and aware.
- Armed Response resumed patrols
Wednesday 30 July 2025
13H44 – A Koeberg Road complex required assistance with illegal parking
- A Caretaker at a Koeberg Road Complex sent a message requesting Armed Response to assist on site.
- Armed Response informed and on route
- Armed Response reported on arrival the caretaker was arguing with two males who parked two motorcycles illegally onsite.
- Armed Response engaged with the 2 males and reported spoke to the two males and managed to escort them of the premises.
- Armed Response resumed patrols
Saturday 02 August 2025
02H14 –A Complex in Rugby requested assistance for 2 males that were mugged
- Monitored two males standing by the driveway gate.
- Dispatched and informed B1
- While monitoring the camera’s notice a vehicle that stopped next to the males. Two males got out of the vehicle and then fought with the males that was standing by the gate.
- Informed B1 about situation in front of the premises.
- The suspects that exited the vehicle robbed the victims and left the scene.
- The victims entered the complex
- On arrival Armed Response checked the premises and found no one
- Armed Response will check area for the vehicle while on patrol
12H56 – A Caltex Service station activated their silent panic due to someone stealing
- Armed Response informed and on route
- On arrival Armed Response reported they made contact with the shop assistant who requested SAPS
- The assistant wanted the female suspect named to be removed by police
- While on the line to report to SAPS Armed Response reported that SAPS was not needed
- Armed Response escorted the suspect off the premises.
22H55 – A Brooklyn Club requested Armed Response assistance for a man on site causing havoc
- Armed Response dispatched
- On arrival Armed Response reported a male suspect causing havoc on the premises and attacking the caretaker
- Armed Response reported they tried speaking to the suspect who became increasing rude towards Armed Response officer and tried to attack them
- Armed Response proceeded to remove the suspect from the site
- Reported all in order on premises continuing with patrols
23H50 – A Rugby security complex on site security reported a noise complaint
- A resident reported to onsite security that a tenant in one of the units was playing loud music.
- Requested Armed Response to ask them to please put the music off.
- Armed Response informed they will proceed to the complex
- On arrival Armed Response reported made contact with tenant at the Unit in question
- Tenant was informed to turn music off and she complied
- Armed Response resumed patrols
