15h36 – A William Mason Street Resident passing by another residence reports suspects leaving premises with building materials – on approach, suspects dropped the items and fled.

- Previous owners contacted for new owner contact info
- New owner contacted and informed
- Armed Response stands down on scene until owner arrives
- Armed Response checks premises with the owner and confirms storage area broken into, did not note anything missing at that time
Wednesday 20 March 2024
15h05 - Armed Response reports a youngster approached him at the CMC office and reported a Jet-Ski lying alongside the vlei, slightly across from the office.
- Armed Response Officer investigated and found the stripped hull of a black Jet-Ski
- Number on Jet-Ski was noted and Control contacted CoCT Emergency Services to report it
21h28 - A Clarendon Crescent resident reports an abandoned vehicle parked across the road house for the last two days
- CoCT Emergency contacted to report and check vehicle
- Ref: 1001954472
- Later determined to be a neighbours vehicle

17h56 – A Brooklyn Resident called in a report of multiple youngsters fighting on the corner of Linnet and Madeira street. Youths are armed with knives.

Sunday 24 March 2024
03h08 – A Kings Road resident reported they found their sliding door open and they suspect they were robbed.
- Armed Response despatched to sweep the area for suspicious persons then proceed to scene
- Armed Response arrives on scene and confirms positive break-in.
- Resident reports only a cellphone and some cash was taken as far as they can see
- Resident contacted SAPS
