10h55 – A Rugby Service station – requested assistance for a customer that was aggressive and refused to leave
- Armed Response dispatched
- Armed Response on arrival at the premises spoke to the customer and removed him with a warning
- All in order resuming patrols
13h55 – A Brooklyn complex Caretaker requested Armed Response assistance for a Tenant who is threatening him
- Armed Response arrived on site and removed the Tenant with a warning
- Caretaker request SAPS as the Tenant threatened to physically assault him
- Control contacts CoCT Emergency – SAPS informed
Friday 31 October 2025
02h36 – A Koeberg Road – Caretaker noted on CCTV a group of persons playing loud music, drinking and making a noise - Armed Response requested assistance to talk to them
- Armed Response arrived and communicated with the persons in question who said they are mourning the death of a friend who was buried the day before.
- CoCT Emergency contacted – ref: 1002802115 – Law Enforcement informed if any further action was required on the premises
03h19 - Armed Response Officers reported a car was hijacked on the corner of Upper Silva and Da Gama Street. Suspects fled – SAPS on scene
- While on patrol Armed Response noted a vehicle that was reported as hijacked parked and no SAPS on scene Armed Response reported vagrants were approaching the vehicle to strip it
- Control contacts CoCT Emergency – Ref: 1002802119
- Traffic Services contacted Control and confirmed the vehicle belonged to a resident in Mfuleni and was the vehicle reported stolen
Saturday 01 November 2025
02h35 - Armed Response noted an accident on the M5 bridge between Maitland and Brooklyn – Two vehicles seemed to have hit the barrier, and another vehicle seems to be overturned
- CoCT Emergency contacted with Ref: 1002805336 – SAPS and rescue services informed
- Armed Response proceed to Brooklyn Fire Department and alerted them – who dispatched a Rescue Vehicle
- All in order resuming patrols
