00h24 – A Brooklyn resident reported a fire on the corner of Justin Street and Koeberg Road
- Armed Response dispatched
- On Arrival Armed response reported the fire at Justin street was an (abandoned house opposite the church)
- Fire department and Ambulance requested
- People trapped inside, 6 people were removed from the building
- Brooklyn Fire department on scene
- Metro rescue on scene
- Fire was put out no injuries reported
- All in order
Friday 7 February 2025
21h33 - An Egret Street resident messaged requesting Armed Response assistance
- An Egret Street resident sent a message to the Knightowl Whatsapp group – that there was a disturbance at the residence behind hers involving a child. The child was screaming and people were shouting. The situation had been going on for 20 minutes. It sounded like the child was getting beaten.
- Armed response was asked to do a patrol in the area, a patrol done past the residence in question and reported back all quite in area
- The Egret Street resident also reply back all has quite down now
- Armed Response resumed patrols

01h01 – A Brooklyn complex called in a noise complaint
- A Brooklyn complex site manager requested Armed Response assistance
- Armed response dispatched - arrived 01h06
- Armed response requested SAPS as a tenant had become aggressive and was antagonizing the Armed Response officer after been told numerous times to turn down the music as their music was very loud
- Law Enforcement called ref no. 1002420391
- Armed response reported music was turn down but not to cancel SAPS as they need to speak to the tenant
- Armed Response left premises all in order
